Service record
Experience
20+ engagements across Solana, Base and the wider Web3 ecosystem — from moderator seat to head of team.
Head of Shillers
VOICE — OpinionFi on Solana
Running a shiller team is not about volume — it is about signal. At VOICE, an OpinionFi protocol on Solana, the mandate was to turn a scattered group of volunteers into a disciplined growth unit with names, targets, and receipts. That meant building the system as much as leading it: a recruiting funnel, an onboarding path, daily and monthly KPIs every contributor could see, and campaign plans on X that gave the team something worth amplifying. Accountability came first, reach followed.
- Led the project's global shiller team across time zones
- Recruited, trained, and managed community contributors
- Designed and ran daily and monthly KPI systems
- Planned and executed strategic X campaigns
- Led community growth initiatives from the front
- Partnered with leadership on growth strategy and ecosystem expansion
- Coordinated raid campaigns and contributor performance reviews
- Increased organic visibility across Web3 timelines
- Improved contributor accountability and consistency
Growth Team Lead
PumpPoly — Launchpad for Base & Solana
A launchpad lives or dies on the quality of the crowd it attracts. PumpPoly spans Base and Solana, and each side has its own culture, its own rhythm, and its own reasons to show up. The work was building one growth motion that respected both: acquisition strategies tuned per ecosystem, contributor-led campaigns that scaled without constant supervision, and partnership support that gave the community something real to talk about. Retention, not headcount, was the scoreboard.
- Led community growth across both the Base and Solana ecosystems
- Developed user acquisition strategies for a multi-chain launchpad
- Coordinated contributor-led growth initiatives
- Supported ecosystem partnerships
- Improved user retention across the community funnel
Ambassador
Pulse — Advanced Solana DEX for professional traders
Pulse is built for professional traders, which means the audience can smell a shill from a mile away. Ambassadorship there had to be earned with substance. The approach was educational: explain what the DEX actually does better, meet traders in the rooms they already trust, and build relationships that hold up long after a campaign ends.
- Represented Pulse across Web3 communities as an official ambassador
- Promoted platform adoption through educational content
- Built relationships with ecosystem participants and traders
Community Moderator
ORBIX — Community
Moderation is the unglamorous foundation everything else is built on. At ORBIX that meant being present, being consistent, and making sure a first-time visitor found a room worth staying in.
- Moderated community channels and kept discussion healthy
- Onboarded new users into the community
- Enforced community guidelines consistently
- Supported announcements and community initiatives
Community Moderator
PepeWhale — Community
Meme communities move fast and break easily. The job at PepeWhale was keeping the energy that makes them work while refusing to let the room turn on itself.
- Moderated high-velocity community discussions
- Supported users and answered community questions
- Enforced community standards under pressure
- Encouraged engagement and organic conversation
Community Moderator
DexFreener — Community
Professionalism is a growth strategy. DexFreener's community needed a room that felt credible to anyone who walked in — so moderation, support, and tone were treated as one job, not three.
- Managed day-to-day moderation across channels
- Handled user support requests
- Improved community engagement
- Maintained a professional, on-brand environment
